app missing in Context sent to Store::nuxtServerInit [issue link] The context sent to nuxtServerInit in the store is missing app. I was trying to access app to get app.$axios from the nuxtServerInit but is not available. Version alpha.4 This question is available on Nuxt.js community (#c837)
